2019年
因為男友在澳洲找到了工作，目前打算要一起在澳洲住

所以準備也把貓咪一起帶去

準備期最快大概要6個月後才能帶寵物一起去澳洲

先問了一條龍的代辦、動物醫院(負責辦理一部份)、運輸公司

全包處理的代辦價格真的太貴 台灣部份，價格台幣6萬7

澳洲部份，價格約為3000AUD(目前匯率大概1:21，所以大概台幣6萬3)，加起來共13萬

而且這還不是最後的總花費，之後要看他們最後報價而訂

還要加上機票費用(由最後出口時由航空公司依體重做報價再付費)

所以大概會花到約近20萬，嚇死人

然後寵物醫院也貴了點 約5萬(不包括申請入境許可證和10天檢疫費用，只有包括抗體報告和台北到墨爾本運費)，

加上入境許可證和10天澳洲隔離費大概最後會花"8萬"左右

後來問到運輸公司是最便宜的2萬(出口檢疫證、飛機運費、海關費用、倉租)

[不含澳洲隔離費約2萬跟許可證約1萬左右、醫生抽血(這間的診所價格)7千跟文件費1千5]
如果自己送血檢到淡水家畜衛生試驗所的話，檢測為3,000元(含證書費)

只是流程就自己跑比較多地方，最後大概會花到"6萬"左右

目前進度是12/13(五)帶血液報告到松山機場的檢疫局辦理血液報告認證手續，等待文件蓋完章再去領取

出現搜尋結果後，選擇Domestic cats這欄

就會出現相關選項，按照步驟選擇及填寫
就可以開始申請了~

之後大約等2個星期時間，會收到許可通知(中間時間文件有疑問官方會寄信要求補件)
下面是因為鋼印不清楚要求重新寄送的e-mail

Thank you for your application to the Department of Agriculture.

We are unable to continue with the assessment of the application until the following is provided:

• A copy of the Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre Test (RNATT) Declaration showing the stamp of the Official Government Veterinarian in the country of export.

On the bottom right hand corner of the RNATT Declaration there is a space which states “Stamp of Official Government Veterinarian”. This is where the stamp of the Official Government Veterinarian in the country of export needs to appear.

The original RNATT Declaration is not required for the Department of Agriculture to be able to grant an import permit. You may scan and email through a copy of the RNATT Declaration with a visible stamp to imports@agriculture.gov.au.

許可通知收到後，可以到隔離所網站預約預計寵物送達澳洲的日期
填寫資料然後付一筆預約的訂金，等待隔離所給預約通知信

費用白花了(效期從發證日起一年)，也不想讓貓咪轉機等太久，怕有風險
只好再等了

現在到松山機場的檢疫局前要先傳e-mail或電話詢問
確認後再預約時間前往，檢疫文件也比之前多了幾張

收到澳洲那邊卡關消息

As part of our assessment of your permit application, the department is verifying processes with the exporting government of Taiwan regarding the oversight and preparation of animals exported from their country and the management biosecurity risks. Your application will be placed on hold while the processes are verified. Once the department receives the requested information from the exporting government, a decision will be made about your import permit application.

As we cannot predict the time required for the exporting government to reply to us, we are currently unable to give a clear indication of the timeframe required to complete your import permit application assessment. The department has a legislated decision-making period of 123 business days in relation to an application for an import permit. The decision-making period may be paused for the purpose of a prescribed activity, such as liaising with a government of an exporting country to verify processes.

The department understands all prospective importers are seeking to obtain notification of the outcome of their application as quickly as possible. As the information the department is seeking relates to the exporting government processes, there is no need for you to respond or provide additional information. If we require any further information from you, we will contact you again directly.

問了運輸公司說目前都還沒通過，澳洲官方跟台灣官方都還在談判。
澳洲抓到大陸貓狗用不合法文件轉台灣再去澳洲，所以要有新的對策防止這事，台灣官方這邊還沒有新的規定出來...

之前中國走私寵物就已經被抓過，現在如果拖累台灣，到時連台灣就可能被澳洲列入黑名單...

澳洲官方正式來信告知如果要讓寵物進入澳洲必須
1. A Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre Test (RNATT) report,
for a new blood sample collected by an alternative government approved veterinarian,
not associated with Dr Yang Hsaio Po (Dr Robert Yang).
2. A Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre Test (RNATT) declaration form completed by an Official Government Veterinarian of Taiwan for the new RNAT test.
The information I have requested above must be provided to the department within 90 working days of this request.
Your application will be placed on hold for this period, consistent with the provision under subsection 178(4) of the Act to extend the decision-making period relating to your application.
目前就是重新找醫生辦理了

前一天午夜12點寵物不能吃飯，只能喝水。到隔天早上、下午也是一樣，不能吃東西(零食也一樣)
抽血時也順便再做了一次體檢，費用另外計算

因網友說仁愛醫院FB上有公告: 從2023年開始，寵物入境澳洲隔離期從10天改為30天
詢問了醫院，回覆說原本預計會在12月中公告，看來要等到明年1月才可能會有消息
今年申請的只能祈禱還是10天隔離...

就是上方連結的內容，要我們三選一之後回信告知

OPTION 1 - No formal government identity verification of the animal undertaken
Evidence required: No further evidence of identification is required if you choose this option. Your application will be assessed based on the documentation already provided.

Animals imported under these conditions may be subject to a minimum 30-day post-entry quarantine period in the Australian government facility.

OR

OPTION 2 - Returning Australian dogs and cats
Evidence required: Please provide the Australian export certificate as evidence that the animal identified on the application originated in Australia.

Dogs and cats with evidence of an Australian export certificate may be subject to a minimum 10-day post-entry quarantine period in the Australian government facility.

OR

OPTION 3 - Formal government identification of the animal prior to starting pre-export preparations
Evidence required: An identification declaration must be provided from an official veterinarian employed by the competent authority in the country of export directly to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department).

選項二是不可能的選項(原本在澳洲的寵物出國後再次返回澳洲)
剩下就是(1.)30天隔離和(2.)由所在國官方證明寵物身分
已經先詢問仁愛動物醫院那邊了，目前就等他們研究要怎麼處理

◆ 波斯貓 Persians
◆ 蘇格蘭摺耳貓 Scottish Fold
以上品種貓咪因為沒有航空公司要載運，去澳洲即將暫停 (除非想辦法包機運送)
國泰航空除了以上品種，外加金吉拉也拒絕載運
